In addition to supporting local afforestation projects, we have been successfully developing and processing yarns made of recycled post-consumer PET for a long time. Now we are once again sending out a strong signal for the environment and against marine litter.
SEAQUAL® and Georg + Otto Friedrich -Together for a Clean Ocean
Together with the SEAQUAL® Initiative, which is committed to cleaning the oceans of marine litter, we have developed another highly sustainable textile: DecoTex Blue. It consists of more than 60% SEAQUAL®polyester fibres, which are made from recycled marine plastic.
