Maintaining an intact environment and the responsible use of natural resources is so important to us that we have gone one step further.<\/p>\n

Since December 2019, we cooperate with the certified environmental protection partner PLANT-MY-TREE\u00ae<\/strong>, which carries out afforestation projects for CO\u00b2 compensation throughout Germany.<\/p>\n

Last year we were able to plant a total of 546 trees<\/strong> in Utscheid and make an important contribution to climate protection, because: Up to 2,5 square meter of forest is planted for every roll of recycled material sold.<\/p>\n

Our customers are increasingly relying on environmentally conscious actions and thus the demand for sustainable materials made of rPET continues to grow. Even if the pandemic is a challenge in the short term, we want to stick to our environmental goals in long term. That is why we would like to participate in a reforestation project of PLANT-MY-TREE\u00ae again this year.<\/p>\n

A new “GOF woodland”<\/strong> with a total of 1,233 trees<\/strong> will soon be built in the southern Harz.<\/p>\n
